Why Choose Cedar Island Elementary

Located in Maple Grove, Cedar Island Elementary is home to more than 430 students in prekindergarten through fifth grade. We help students develop strong reading and math skills in a healthy, safe and caring environment. All students start their day with classmates and teachers in a morning meeting, a time designed to build relationships and provide a welcoming start to the academic day.

Cedar Island is a community-based school with a supportive Parent-Teacher Organization. This gives our scholars more opportunities to achieve their dreams, participate in enriching activities, grow as young leaders, and prepare for success in middle school.
